Enterprise · Purview Information Barriers
Challenge: Implement Microsoft Information Barriers into a tenant of 1mil+ users, securing user-to-user interactions within the platform.
Solution: Working closely the with the organisation and with several Microsoft Product Group teams from around the world, we developed a design to accomodate for the organisation and its users.
Outcome: The successful deployment was globally recognised and won an industry award, it led to Microsoft changing the way many of its services are developed, and is still the largest Information Barriers deployment in the world.
Medium-Sized Business · Cloud Migration
Challenge: Migrate their legacy on-premises Active Directory infrastructure and its file storage and printing services to the M365 Cloud, without business interuptions.
Solution: Design a process to sync the identities to Azure, migrate the files to SharePoint Online, sync existing file permissions and connect their existing payrole applications. .
Outcome: Successfully migrated their environment to the M365 Cloud, without impacting their staff. Custom training was created and deployed to assist in the technology adoption.
Enterprise · Exchange Online
Challenge: Automate the creation and assignment of Address Book Policies(ABP) in a tenant of 1mil+ users, ensuring users can only see those they are meant to.
Solution: An automated process was designed and created to manage the accurate assignment of all users to one of ~1800 ABPs, depending on their mailbox attributes.
Outcome: The solution was successfully deployed and is still in use over 3 years later.
